TCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. held a grand opening ceremony in TCL (Vietnam) factory on November 28, 2000. Mr. Li Dongsheng, president and chairman of TCL Group, and Mr. Ann, general manager of TCL International Co., Ltd. attended the cutting ceremony. Mr. Li made a point in the speech that: in the near future, TCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. would grow up into a large-sized manufacturing and exports base with annual produce of 300,000 TV sets and its overseasbusiness would cover the whole south-east Asia.
