Chinfon Cement Corporation has been officially established under the Investment License No. 490/GP granted by Ministry of Planning and Investment on December 24, 1992 to build an advanced technology and equipment cement plant with designed capacity of 4,000t/day and 1.4 million tones cement/year in Trang Kenh, Minh Duc, Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong where has the best material sources in Vietnam. Total capital for the first stage was 263,705,066 USD.
By the establishment and development process, Chinfon Cement has affirmed our position in the cement market. Foreseeing the higher demand and supply, the Directorate of company has decided to build a Grinding Plant in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park - in Ho Chi Minh City, this grinding plant is in the smooth operation now.
At present, the second production line is being shaped parallel with first production lime at plant in Trang Kenh, Minh Duc, Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong. This project costs 250 million USD.
Thanks to good material source, advanced equipment and skillful employees, the quality of HOA DAO cement can locate its position not only in domestic but also Asian markets day by day.
A nationwide network of sales and distribution was set up by means of active and pro agents, clear-headed retail shops, road-side warehouses, convenient ports as well as multi modes of transportation and delivery. Those factors go together with 24/24 services to win the customers" belief totally.

Since the first days, we have been aware of the environment protection. To make the sense closed to action, we equipped advanced filters such as electrostatic precipitator , bag filter etc. to suck the dust dispersing during the production. By the time, we developed 5S movement to keep the environment inside and around plant clean as stipulated in environment standard.
